Dehydration can cause high HR and low O2 sats, and so can a mild fever. For me it's almost always an indicator of one of those things. I also get very high resting HRs when I have an infection, so if Gess is still recovering from his latest exacerbation that could have caused it. <br /><br />Is he on abx still? Certain drugs (particularly cipro and that whole fam) can have an affect on your heart.
